I called customer service five times and received various excuses—first it was damaged in transit, then it was still in the warehouse, and finally, I was told to cancel my order because the products were never in stock. A representative even blamed his colleagues for misleading me. The entire experience has been incredibly unprofessional. I would advise avoiding this service, especially for online orders, as you’ll likely have better luck elsewhere.
