If I could give zero stars, I would! This has been the worst experience ever. I received my long-awaited delivery today, and everything is damaged. The rug is stained, the lamp is broken, and the vase is dirty and stained as well. Can I please get a refund for these items? I've never encountered anything like this before. Additionally, no one is responding to my emails, and I am extremely frustrated.
