One of the worst experiences I had with Homecentre, complain no 155362. First and foremost we bought the sofa in the month of May and already the sofa s having n issue so have sent Homecentre for repair they took it on 25th of July and it’s been 14 days they don’t have an initiation of when they will return it, firstly the CC will not call back and will keep the call on hold , today after trying for almost 5 days, the CC name Sandhya have no clue on the delivery date, she said it will take more 10 days, almost a month for repair. Same problem we had while delivering the product and to assembly the same.Absolute disgusting
