Worst experience ever.

Below is a feedback that is raised by a customer that is not acted up upon neither taken seriously. Very terrible services and I highly advise people to not think about buying furniture from home center due to this dreadful experience I have had with them.——————-——————-——————-——————-Good morning,I have an expected delivery yesterday 13th June 2022 that contains bedroom furniture (bed, nightstands etc..) I received a call at 1301 LT yesterday regarding my delivery from the driver himself informing me that he is out for delivery and there is one missing item which is the headboard. As a driver he is definitely not held responsible for this but I had to further investigate on this missing item. Absolutely no call or message was passed regarding this issue and this is definitely unacceptable. I was depending on this delivery today and I had my schedule done depending on it as mentioned in the delivery details. Higher management should contact and even mention the reasons on why the item is missing. Under no circumstances will I be receiving the order with a missing item. Issues from the factory should be immediately solved and not kept pending. We pay large amounts when it comes to furniture to live in a comfortable environment and home center should respect that and treat customers with respect and update them on deliveries. Once again this issue has to be resolved today if not I shall be compensated.Regards,Mr. Abdelaziz Humaid AlsuwaidiContact: 0502193111UPDATE: I just received a call from delivery representative “Suroot” which also called in a very unprofessional manner stating that my delivery will be held for 3-5 working days and also informed me that we tried contacting you. Information on the contact was I received a 1 time missed call on Saturday and I do have proof that it lasted for approximately 15 seconds ringing. As I called back the representative did not mention anything about the missing headboard and even today I called and representative “Joe” stated the same that all information is correct and order will be delivered today. This is a major issue and will be waiting for you immediate response.ANOTHER UPDATE: I called once again representative Caroline answered with again no valid response. She even stated in a way that if I am not satisfied I should go for the cancellation policy and cancel my order she even mentioned the other items on the receipt (night stands, drawer and center bed) once again what a shame! This is what a customer that pays large amounts of money gets treated when facing an issue from the company itself. I have no spot to be in this place I just want my order to be delivered today. All I got is rude attitudes and no valid response. UPDATE: It is now day number 2 and still have not got any response. Truly disappointed and I will be sure that this concern will be raised to all concerned departments and I will make sure that the community are aware of such terrible customer service. People do not deserve to be treated in the way I have been treated. It clearly says " we will reply as fast as we can " but still after raising 3 feedbacks no response till date.
