Extremely worst experience from Saudi Arabia. Never bother to see if their product delivered is up to the mark. I got a Rover Smart Desk, the smart desk machine (which helps machine to move up & down) at first received in damaged condition . After couple of follow ups the replaced but the problem came back again. The machine stopped working. and now followed them for 2 months but they rejected saying this is a replaced product and they can not do anything. What dooo you meaaan ? You(Homecentre.KSA) are delivering cheap quality stuff and expect from people to take again ??? Sent them emails with supporting videos , twitter messages but never ever bothered to have some good customer care.
