I purchased a Cory bed frame and a mattress from Home Centre. It was delivered with visible damage on the edge. I contacted Home Centre, and until now, they have failed to solve my issue. They claimed all Cory beds have manufacturing defects(damages); I cannot understand why Home Centre agreed to sell such a product since they know there are defects. It shows poor management skills and lousy decision-making from their side. I will open a case with Consumer Protection; I am tired of talking with all the Home Centre employees. UPDATEThe home center agreed to refund my money for the bed frame but refused to reimburse me for the mattress. They claimed that the mattress is standard size and I can use it in the future when I buy a new frame!!!
