Absolute mess of a Company. Placed an order, got an expected delivery date for 5 days later. Here I am 12 days later, still being told to wait 48 hours to know the status of the delivery. The customer care has a written script - "Sir I have escalated the issue to the logistics team. We will get back to you within 24-28 hours. Sorry for the delay"If I had a dollar for every time I heard someone from their team say sorry in the 100+ minutes I have spent talking to them over the 5+ calls, I would probably be able to place another order. But alas, all we can do is suffer under capitalism.
