They gave me a delivery slot and asked me to stay home, which I did — waiting for over 6 hours with no proper updates. After wasting half my day, they finally called late in the evening to casually ask if I still want the item delivered or should they bring it tomorrow. Are you serious?This is completely unprofessional. Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but they also showed zero respect for the customer's time. No apology, no proactive communication — just lies, delays, and confusion.This kind of service is unacceptable. If you value your time and peace of mind, I would seriously think twice before ordering from them. Very disappointed and will not be shopping with them again.
