1-Star ReviewI had a disappointing experience with Home Center after purchasing a 2-piece 3-seater sofa set for AED 3,845.60. On delivery, one piece had a fabric cut and the sponge was out of place. They replaced the damaged fabric but dismissed the sponge issue, claiming it would settle in a week which never happened.Later, both sofas showed the same defect. They sent a quality inspector, but two days later I was told it’s “normal” and nothing would be done despite clear video evidence of the issues. Fixing a brand-new sofa is unacceptable.Due to their poor response and refusal to resolve the matter, I have escalated the issue to Consumer Rights at DET. Extremely disappointed with the quality and after-sales service. Not recommended.
