Horrible infact dangerous product delivered - zero customer service

Absolutely horrible product - extremely dangerous dining table got delivered on the evening of 9th May & we used it on the morning of 11th May. I ended up having a cut on my left foot (big tow) as the frame of the table has extremely sharper edges & my concern was the little kids as they could potentially get seriously injured including a head injury - I called the Home Center call center & the agent was quite helpful as he even sympathized with me. I was also able to share a picture of my foot via WhatsApp too. He promised me someone will get back to me within 24hrs which wasn’t the case & I had to chase them everyday without any luck as the call center would say they were waiting on a decision from another department whether they could accept the return of that dining table. Finally, this evening (14th May) at around 1845 I contacted their call center again & the useless lady informed me that the other department had rejected my complain/claim as according to them their product was completely safe & secured regardless of whatever happened to my foot as that was my own fault - also that she was just a middle lady passing the message on from another department & that I must now live with it. Imagine, what kind of Top Management Home Center has as not only they didn’t even consider to apologize to me or to enquire about my well being (let alone investigating & taking the table back) - while it was clear this product isn’t safe for home usage. Please stay away from these guys as they’re a clear scam - zero ethics and/or customer service skillsets only that typical mindset of quickly selling & that’s all. Will never buy from them again & will ensure nobody within my circle does either - will also report to DET while leaving this exact feedback along with the injury & receipt pictures on all feedback forums including Google
