I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality department at Home Centre regarding a mattress I purchased some time ago. The mattress is still under warranty, but recently, the spring inside it got damaged. I reached out to your customer service for a replacement, and a quality control representative was sent to inspect the mattress.The inspection took no more than a couple of minutes, and I am unclear about the report submitted by the inspector. The following day, I was informed that my replacement request was rejected due to "tea stains" on the mattress. Frankly, I fail to understand how tea stains have any relevance to the spring damage, which is clearly a structural issue and falls under the warranty coverage.When I raised this concern with the representative, instead of receiving a professional response, she became dismissive and disrespectful. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Home Centre.
