How does 64% rate Home Cinema Center a "One" and their overall rating is 4.3?????Absolutely horrible experience. My order does not exist when I query their system. Talked to same idiot male that answers their 877 number.... he is useless. Tells everyone to send an email and then they do NOT answer them. I have no order showing per their system, yet they have a "Lock" on my creditbcard for $462 which was the amount of a coffee table I was trying to buy. No order acknowledgment, no order showing for me when I query their system. Table was $462 and when I clicked "place order" it charged me for the $462 and ZERO sales tax??!!They are a total mess. I ordered a table for same price from another and all seems fine. To date, I still do not know if some day out of nowhere a second table will show up from this total SCAM furniture mart that can not even afford to hire a real person who can answer real questions.... Just "send an email" that they will ignore and not answer.
