Do not purchase from this company. While the sales process is smooth and delivery is acceptable, the after-sales support is absolutely terrible. They require you to email for assistance, and their phone number is strictly for sales. If you try to raise concerns about their lack of email support, they will hang up on you.After months of being given the runaround, I called again, only to be told—yet again—to email support, as if I hadn’t already tried that three times without any response. Their support team is completely unresponsive. I eventually had to troubleshoot the issue with our electric recliner on my own and discovered I could fix it with a $10 replacement power supply.Had I known the problem was this simple, I wouldn’t have wasted over six months emailing their so-called support team to no avail. I didn’t even expect them to fix the issue for me; I just needed guidance on what part to order and was more than willing to pay for it. I explained all of this in my emails, but they never bothered to reply.This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Even if you're tempted by lower prices, the lack of support makes it absolutely not worth it. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable company.
