The service is one of the worsts I've ever seen. We are staying in a place without hot water and they are not only not solving the issue, but also ignoring our calls and emails.When you pay such a high price for a rent you expect not only the flat to be nice but also the customer support to at least provide you some solutions. It has been the opposite, at first they told us they were going to solve it, several days later they are not even answering our calls and emails. THIS IS AMAZINGWe should have read the reviews, I have seen multiple people have experienced issues with their customer support service.
