Finding good rental apartments in Madrid in general is difficult and the quality of HomeSelect offerings is better than the average but so are their prices.Nonetheless, the service overall is quite disappointing and infuriating. Especially when they charge an extra fee for that. Don't expect any "concierge", "24 hours" or anything on that line. All the contrary. You will even have to fight to get your damn deposit back or else they will try to keep the money for themselves with any made up excuses. We received the apartment with stained walls and they wanted to charge us for that for example.All in all, good apartments but pretty bad service for the price. Won't recommend it to anyone.
