Ok so initially I complained because I tried to pay in Euros and their website took in pounds and I found that frustrating. That aside, the actual accommodation and the service including recommendations "Smart tips from locals " was superb. Took the rating from 2 up to 4 - would have been 5 bar the Euro/pound thing!:)
