The assistance I received from the team on the day they were wrapping up for the holidays was exceptional. I reached out via email regarding my coffee machine and was informed that, due to the holiday season, they wouldn't be able to take on new repairs. I completely understood, as this is common during this time. I inquired if I could pick up an order directly from their shop instead of waiting for delivery. Shortly after, I received a call from a representative who offered to help if I could come to the workshop by a specific time. I arrived 30 minutes later with my machine disassembled and had a productive discussion about the issues I encountered. I left with a new PCB board and valuable advice on how to install it myself. After about 90 minutes of work at home, I had my machine up and running again. This team is fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and realistic about what to expect. While I hope I won't need their help again soon, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out if necessary.
