I'm very disappointed with my experience. I usually don't write reviews, but I feel the need to warn others who might face similar issues when ordering items beyond a coffee maker. I placed an order for a vacuum in early December and received an automated email confirmation. However, I didn't hear anything else for a week. Then, I was informed via email that my purchase needed to be shipped internationally, which would take about a week, plus another week to reach me. I wish this had been disclosed at the time of ordering, but there was no notice. I had to proactively follow up for weeks to get updates, eventually calling the support line. They informed me that the model had been discontinued and offered a 15% discount on other models, promising to email me with options and pricing. However, I never received that email. I decided to cancel the order after nearly a month and a half with no updates, and I'm unsure if I would have known about the cancellation if I hadn't called. I was informed days later that the order was canceled, but a manager had to authorize the refund, and they would email me. Now, a week has passed with no follow-up and no refund. I've waited almost two months for what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I was initially encouraged by positive reviews to make this purchase, but I am sadly left extremely disappointed.

I completely understood, as this is common during this time. I inquired if I could pick up an order directly from their shop instead of waiting for delivery. Shortly after, I received a call from a representative who offered to help if I could come to the workshop by a specific time. I arrived 30 minutes later with my machine disassembled and had a productive discussion about the issues I encountered. I left with a new PCB board and valuable advice on how to install it myself. After about 90 minutes of work at home, I had my machine up and running again. This team is fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and realistic about what to expect. While I hope I won't need their help again soon, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out if necessary.
