I'm very disappointed with my experience. I usually don't write reviews, but I feel the need to warn others who might face similar issues when ordering items beyond a coffee maker. I placed an order for a vacuum in early December and received an automated email confirmation. However, I didn't hear anything else for a week. Then, I was informed via email that my purchase needed to be shipped internationally, which would take about a week, plus another week to reach me. I wish this had been disclosed at the time of ordering, but there was no notice. I had to proactively follow up for weeks to get updates, eventually calling the support line. They informed me that the model had been discontinued and offered a 15% discount on other models, promising to email me with options and pricing. However, I never received that email. I decided to cancel the order after nearly a month and a half with no updates, and I'm unsure if I would have known about the cancellation if I hadn't called. I was informed days later that the order was canceled, but a manager had to authorize the refund, and they would email me. Now, a week has passed with no follow-up and no refund. I've waited almost two months for what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I was initially encouraged by positive reviews to make this purchase, but I am sadly left extremely disappointed.
