Home depot deliverers wrecked my wall removing the old fridge. They also dragged the fridge across my bare hardwood floors. When I showed them my wall they claimed they didn't do the damage. I asked them, "then why is there wall plaster all over my floor?" They just shrugged and left. New fridge had a long scratch on the door. I decided to keep it because I didn't want the same delivery guys in my house switching it out for another new fridge. Delivery guys refused to change direction of fridge door opening or balance fridge. I paid $25 for this service and did it myself. No compensation was given to me. Discovered on Google hundreds of similar complaints and no compensation to home owners. Customer service is terrible. Never buy another appliance from them. Customer beware!!
