Review Time
I purchased a washer. It malfunctioned during warranty. They can't find parts. Ten days later, no parts, no machine. Just the run around " killing time" and avoiding honoring the warranty. I will NEVER purchase anything from this low life store.
Ordered and paid for an upright freezer in. October 2025. First delivery December 3, the product arrived damaged. The replacement was supposed to be delivered January 14. Took the day off work to receive the freezer. Get a call that freezer is not being delivered. New delivery date January 28. Freezer arrives damaged. Cannot even get a hold of a manager. Keep being told that it will be 48hrs to speak with a manager. Nobody seems to care at all. What a joke!!!
We interacted with two representatives who were incredibly attentive. They inquired if we needed assistance while we were considering a purchase. After outlining what we were searching for, they informed us that the item had been discontinued. However, they encouraged us to wait a moment and went to check in the back. To our surprise, they returned with the very items we thought were no longer available. Their dedication and willingness to help were outstanding. Instead of simply stating that the item was discontinued, they took the initiative to find any remaining stock. We are truly grateful for their exceptional support.
I visited the store today in a nearby city, looking to purchase appliances for my home. The salesperson who assisted me was exceptional—very helpful, incredibly patient, and full of knowledge. He truly enhanced my shopping experience.
I have consistently purchased this paint for years, even traveling a couple of hours to get it. However, my latest can required two to three coats for decent coverage. While I understand that darker colors can affect coverage, my previous paint was a light grey. I can't recommend this product anymore, as it seems the formulation has changed. It doesn't stick or cover as it used to. Sadly, I won't be seeking this product again. I would also like a refund for the poor performance.

I had to make numerous calls to inquire about the status, and there were constant inconsistencies regarding payment and delivery. Eventually, the item was delivered, but the process was incredibly frustrating.
A big shout out to a manager at a specific branch for her exceptional service! We purchased a snowblower a few years back but struggled with the battery. After discussing our issues, she helped us find a suitable replacement battery and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Her customer-first attitude made a significant difference in our experience.
I ordered an in-stock item online, with delivery scheduled shortly after. However, like previous orders, it has been delayed multiple times, now pushed to a later date. If the delivery service can't perform effectively, it's time to consider alternatives.
