I love Home Depot, but it's not the place for cabinets and countertop. I ordered six feet of cabinets and a countertop for my office three months ago. The design process took forever and communication was awful. Two months later, my six feet of cabinets finally installed but no countertop. I waited a little while thinking Home Depot would contact me about the countertop. I finally contacted them and was given the name of the countertop company and told I should contact them. They came out today to measure and now I wait another three weeks for delivery. My lease is going to be up before I have cabinets with a countertop. Lol. I'm really kinda shocked that Home Depot was this bad. I'm not a person who gives bad reviews but I would be beside myself if I were a homeowner investing serious money in a kitchen redo.
I do want to say that the cabinet and countertop installers that Home Depot contracts with were super nice and the cabinet installer did a good job.
