Ordered a turkey fryer one day before Thanksgiving and it came earlier than I expected. Every order I've ever made has always been accurate. I love this place. I have had so many horrible experiences at Lowe's and I'm thankful that every Home Depot I go to always goes above and beyond.

Home Depot has the absolute worst customer service - The staff lack training , knowledge or any sense of commitment to their job or company . This is due to poor upper management . The CEO makes big bucks yet does not have the desire or skills to get this long ongoing problem fixed . It’d truly pathetic to try to get someone to help you or answer the phone ..

I ordered a fridge in store. I was given a delivery date and took that day off. Then I got a text message saying it was rescheduled ( Unprofessional ).
I had to call and say I can't do the rescheduled day. I sat home waiting for them to come and wasted the day. I am no longer a Home Depot customer due to this.

The home depot is your standard run of the mill large corporation run by money hungry executives who only care about getting more money for their shareholders. The creator of home depot is no friend of the working man and has openly spoken about it on many occasions. Home depot is the walmart of tools and has basically monopolized the market so much they have run almost every competitor out of business, except poor Lowe's who seems to hang in there. Home depot’s customer service is almost non existent and trying to find a employee to assist is almost impossible. They love to hire older employees which is honorable, but kind of useless when it comes to helping, especially with fork lifts and heavy items. Trying to find anyone to help in the wood area is basically a waste of time and of course the fork lifts driver is on a 30 minute break when you need them and of course they are the only ones who can drive it. Home depot has gone full self checkout and they guard theres things like they assume you are a thief , and no one helps you check out or bag. All in all the customer is just cattle to home depot, moving check books to get processed and kicked out the door.

I gave them clear instructions on how to get to my home. Because they failed to listen, I have to wait another two days for my washer and dryer to arrive. Home Depot does not compensate me for the time I had to take off work waiting on them. I would like to say that Eddie was a great salesperson., but the delivery people are shit! I had a tip for them, but they failed to warrant it due to time constraints.

Just ordered my 3rd Duromax generator because the first 2 was damaged by a forklift. Why do you ship items when damaged? Wasting your money and my time. This has been a PAIN in my side. Terrible shipping service. Promised a discount refund but haven't seen that either yet. I wish I had seen the 1.7 review rating before I started this process. If 3rd unit isn't good I will be purchasing from another company. Being 1 hour from the nearest Home Depot, it seems I'm wasting my time.

Home Depot isn’t an honest company. They are completely untrustworthy. We ordered three kitchen appliances from them. When I didn’t see an install fee for the dishwasher I contacted them them, and three different people told me that installation was included in my order. One said, “It isn’t showing on your order but I see it in another system we have, and it absolutely is included”.
When the delivery driver/ installer was on the way two months later I asked him if he would be installing the dishwasher. He said that they do not install gas appliances, or dishwashers. He told me I had to get my old one out before he got there for takeaway, and install the new one myself. I told him to return it, I didn’t want it.
Home Depot played around with our refund amount, using deductions for specials etc., and only refunded $634 on an $850 dishwasher on sale price. It’s hard to judge what the refund should have been because their multiple purchase discount runs everything together. The appliances that were delivered were just thrown into the spaces for them. Not leveled, and packing materials not removed.
Totally disappointed in Home Depot. I ordered the dishwasher from a local dealer for $850, and they will do a proper install, and takeaway for $179.
I’m done with Home Depot.

I’ve owned the GE GGF600AV2SS for a little over a year, and it has been one of the most frustrating appliance purchases I’ve made.

The oven uses a rear burner heating system, which I was never informed about when purchasing. Instead of heating evenly, the oven produces noticeable hot spots toward the back and center, causing food to burn in those areas while the front remains undercooked.

Cookies brown unevenly. Casseroles overcook in the back. Roasted vegetables char on one side. Even rotating trays mid-cook doesn’t fully solve the issue.

This design might work for convection-style airflow, but in real everyday cooking it results in:
    •    Uneven cooking and browning
    •    Frequent burning near the rear heat source
    •    Constant need to rotate food
    •    Reduced usable cooking space

The stovetop performs adequately, but the oven — the core function of the appliance — is unreliable.

To make matters worse, customer support was unwilling to address the issue or offer a replacement, despite the cooking performance being clearly flawed.

For the price point and GE’s reputation, I expected consistent results. Instead, I got an oven that requires constant babysitting and still produces uneven results.

I would not recommend this range to anyone who bakes or relies on even oven cooking.

I BOUGHT TWO 32GAL TRASH BINS, ONE WAS DELIVERED WITH A CRACKED LID. HD OFFERED A DISCOUNT IF I KEPT THE PRODUCT, WHICH I ACEPTED THEY NEVER MENTIONED THAT I WOULD LOSE THE 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY NOR THAT ONE EVEN EXISTED. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 45 YEARS, I WILL NOW SWITCH TO LOWES.

I spoke to the agent on the chat, who had scheduled a pick up for return for an appliance I didn't approve of. I was told it was scheduled on a Friday between 6am and 8pm. No one ever showed up. I contacted the chat again on Monday. They apologized and said they would escalate the issue and someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. Of course they did not. So I got on the chat a 3rd time. Now they tell me that I need to bring it to the store. So I lost money from work, and now I lost money on the appliance as well. Stay away from home Depot. It's easier for them to take your money, but not to help you.
