I am returning a toilet that is the wrong size, but before getting it installed the people told me to open the box and look at it to make sure it was good, so I did!!! The material on the back of tank look bubble as if it melted, the bottom looked wrote on and it was not good. So I called to return it and the Hub group is who picks it up but they are very unprofessional, keep making appointments to pick it up but never show up. I'm continually chatting with them it's awful no good out come, then I chat with Home Depot and their live agent is just as unprofessional. I was telling Margarita my issue and she had the nerves to shout saying "okay W!", at the beginning of her reply, no respect as if I was bothering her. Terrible customer service, now that's something to shout about!!!
