Home Depot advertised a bag of fertilizer for $79.97 and buy on get one $40 off. Went to the store and no stock so I tried ordering thru the Home Depot app. At checkout the $40 had not been deducted. Went to customer service and they couldn’t get the app to remove the $40. They gave me a number to call which I did. The guy told me I can get $40 a different item but not the same item. I told him the ad does not say that. Bottom line…Home Depot refused to honor their own add. I wish this site would allow me to add a screen shot.
