This is in reference to an extended warranty on a washer, The warranty company has no appliance repair company in our area which of course they don’t tell you. You have to have it fixed & pay for it yourself & then fax the receipt to warranty company & they are to reimburse you. The folks at HD were helpful but the warranty is Not user friendly, phone calls etc.
