The company does not want to improve; people get hired there are like a production line - they're used & spit out til the next person who needs a job is brought on. The company requires systemic change but they're uninterested in doing so. Vista, CA store; not one person to help in lighting. Guy walks over from another dept., not there to help me, just passing through. I asked if he came to help; he said "no. it isn't my department." I'm like "can you please call someone over?" Said he had to call someone from electronics - that he didn't know anything in that department, said, "they keep hiring people who don't have any experience. I'm only experienced in this other area." I said, "C'mon; we're talking light bulbs here." He replied, "The woman who's supposed to work here is probably on her 1-3 hr lunch break or her 1 hr break. She always does this; she's never here & leaves the department empty for everyone else to cover." He feebly walked over and started guessing as to which were the correct bulbs for the different lights I needed help/w. I'll give him props for at least making that much of an effort. Put down the spray paint and walked out, dazed, confused tho entirely unsuprised.
