I received the wrong order and followed the instructions on the website to contact customer service for a return number. Despite three attempts, I have yet to hear back, even after they acknowledged my email and promised a response within three working days. Customer service is nonexistent! I don’t trust them and won't buy from them again. I've contacted consumer advice.
