Received Incorrect Order

I was sent the wrong order. I followed the website's instructions to contact customer service for a return number. After three attempts, I've had no response to my emails, despite receiving a notification that they acknowledged my inquiry and would reply within three working days. Customer service is nonexistent! I can’t trust them and will never purchase from this seller again. I've reached out to consumer advice.

I ordered an item and received an email stating it had shipped on November 18. As of November 26, I'm still waiting. I've tried emailing with no response, and there's no customer service phone number available. Ironically, I did receive an email asking how I liked my order. Shocking customer service.

Inexistent Warranty

I bought a 5-in-1 air purifier that malfunctioned after a year. Their 3-year warranty proved useless, and my attempts to reach out were completely ignored. If you choose to buy from this seller and encounter issues, don't expect any customer support. A warranty means nothing if it’s not honored.

Cannot Provide Replacement Part!

I can't fault the customer service; they've been quick and friendly in response. However, they haven't resolved the issue. For some reason, the company cannot supply a crucial component for their 5-in-1 air purifier. The manual states not to use the unit if the UVC bulb fails, and now I can't use it. The unit is only three years old, yet they don’t stock the necessary bulb. The only option is a supplier in Europe with a two-month wait, leaving it unusable in the meantime. I definitely wouldn’t purchase from this company again.

I ordered a stretch mat on November 5, and it never arrived. I've tried repeatedly to contact the company, but I can't get through due to a 'connection not safe' message. I'm very upset as it cost £50, so I've lost that money.

Company Ceased Trading in the UK

I attempted to order a shiatsu back massager. After payment, I didn't receive a confirmation email, so I did some research and found out on the government website that they ceased trading in the UK in March 2025!

Refusal to Issue Refund

I placed an order that was returned to sender. They promptly emailed me asking if I wanted a refund or for them to resend it. I clearly wanted a refund, but as soon as I mentioned that, they stopped responding to my emails, even after I threatened a chargeback. This company is fraudulent and keeps your money, so be cautious when buying from them. They're scammers.
