When they sent me an email I was apprehensive about what they meant, seeing as a prefab home did not look anything like what I thought of as a frame house. Very modern design, high-end materials and excellent insulation which keeps my large, open 2nd floor of a cabin warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They provided excellent customer service, specifically Jake who really helped me the setup done with. Worth every penny!
