The quality of the work excellent; A much better job than I expected. The original estimate had the ending closer to a couple of weeks outside that time frame. Fortunately, the communication was great although it was an annoyingly long wait. After install, however, all was forgiven… it's a beautiful house!
The house is great, modern very well set up and efficient. Still, there were a couple of non-standard things I wanted to do that couldn't be easily accommodated. The team was supportive but couldn't handle all of it. Recommended with minor caveats.
HomeDrop submitted quality workmanship in a good looking space but experienced some weather delays with shipping. The customer service team were apologetic and kept me up to date though. There were a couple minor things that needed to be touched up when we got in, but they took care of them promptly. Great Choice If Slightly Flexible On Timing.
Professional team, smooth installation I was worried about buying stuff online so i like the 3d design preview to be able to see everything. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for genuine quality without going through the traditional build headache!
When they sent me an email I was apprehensive about what they meant, seeing as a prefab home did not look anything like what I thought of as a frame house. Very modern design, high-end materials and excellent insulation which keeps my large, open 2nd floor of a cabin warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They provided excellent customer service, specifically Jake who really helped me the setup done with. Worth every penny!
Every inch of my unit felt high end from the solid flooring to well sealed windows. They team was professional and the installation crew did a good job. We had a slight delay in the delivery, but they communicated that beforehand. I love my new space so much, feels like I am living in a custom home!

Got my HomeDrop setup in the backyard for an office and it's even better than I thought! Very beautiful Setup. It's larger in feel than square footage and features premium finishes. No regrets – will re-purchase when in the market for another!
The sound insulation is really good and it is super quiet inside, and with the all glass roof its naturally very nice and light. Ordering was simple and their support team cleared up my couple of questions very promptly. Love my purchase at all!!
Though limited, the white-gloved customer service at HomeDrop did not leave a lot else to be desired directly from the service itself. She took my hand, helped me with budget and style decisions. I also never received the additional fees not my home was as it was described.
