The customer service was exceptional. A representative went above and beyond to listen to my unfortunate experience with their contractor regarding my gas boiler servicing. I am extremely grateful for the care and wonderful service provided, especially considering that we have a child with a medical condition that requires central heating. I wish all customer service representatives were as helpful as this one. I must emphasize that the contractor was not pleasant to work with.
