I have been a customer for several years and everything was fine until now. Currently, I am facing an issue with my boiler, as it isn't heating water properly. The support team has refused to assist, leaving me to handle the problem on my own. I feel like I wasted my money over the years. I feel cheated and will not be renewing my service; I plan to switch to another provider.
Disappointing Experience – Ongoing Complaint and Trust Eroded. A complaint is currently in progress after they initially claimed I hadn’t contacted them about the bathroom leak, despite my consistent follow-ups for a week while the issue persisted. After spending almost an entire day on the phone, they finally admitted that I did report it and sent an engineer. The engineer indicated that the only approved action was to cap the shower, leaving me without a hose or proper shower, and suggested a private fix that I would need to pay for. This is not a genuine solution—it's a temporary fix that renders basic amenities unusable. To make matters worse, the complaint process feels pointless. They may acknowledge your concerns, but no significant changes occur. No real solutions, no accountability. I’m not the only one—my father ended his policy with them for the same issue. A year passed without any claims, but when help was finally needed, it resulted in nothing but stress and delays. I have completely lost faith in this service and intend to cancel my policy despite the cost. They are quick to sell you a policy, but their true nature becomes clear when a claim is filed. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
Extremely unsatisfactory service – wasted funds I reported a malfunctioning dishwasher to the service on 15 November. Now, on 18 December, despite multiple follow-up emails, there has been no action. I have contributed to this policy for four years, and this is my first claim. Regrettably, the experience has been dreadful. There has been no progress, no solution, and no effective communication. Four years of payments seem entirely pointless for a policy that holds no value. I would highly recommend others to avoid this service. I will be switching my policy after this terrible experience.

I am very satisfied with the service. I've reached out several times and they are always professional and accommodating. I spoke with a representative today who was particularly helpful. I appreciate that they allow you to designate someone to communicate on behalf of an elderly relative, which is very beneficial. I would definitely recommend them.

My siblings and I are managing our mother's estate, and while other institutions provided respectful processes, this insurer trapped us in a frustrating loop. Their inadequate procedures required us to use a closed bank account, leading to a dead end. Instead of resolving their error, they ignored it, showing a lack of empathy. The customer service was exceptional. A representative went above and beyond to listen to my unfortunate experience with their contractor regarding my gas boiler servicing. I am extremely grateful for the care and wonderful service provided, especially considering that we have a child with a medical condition that requires central heating. I wish all customer service representatives were as helpful as this one. I must emphasize that the contractor was not pleasant to work with.
