Extremely unsatisfactory service – wasted funds I reported a malfunctioning dishwasher to the service on 15 November. Now, on 18 December, despite multiple follow-up emails, there has been no action. I have contributed to this policy for four years, and this is my first claim. Regrettably, the experience has been dreadful. There has been no progress, no solution, and no effective communication. Four years of payments seem entirely pointless for a policy that holds no value. I would highly recommend others to avoid this service. I will be switching my policy after this terrible experience.
