Ray, who applied the treatment, was calm and my dogs took to him quickly, which is always a good sign. He was careful with my furniture, and the room was sealed afterward to minimize health risks. Sam, the surveyor, genuinely cared for my situation and made the experience enjoyable, which is no small feat when dealing with mould!
