Do not waste your time and money on this company for damp work! They will leave you with wet walls after paying thousands of pounds.
We had damp work completed by Home Energy save last summer, in early December we noticed it hadn't fully worked and therefore got them back out to review the problem and book in remediation work. The surveyor agreed that the work they did hadn't worked and it needs fixing by them at no cost to us.
Since then, I've been chasing them for 10 weeks to come back and complete the work that was paid for but am getting ignored.
We are now left with wet walls throughout winter after paying thousands of pounds for this to be fixed.
Save your money and go somewhere else!

Overall, I had a positive experience dealing with a persistent mould issue in my home. I found this service online, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The survey was expected to last about an hour, but my surveyor Sam was very personable and knowledgeable, making the total visit around 4 hours. The assessment covered the entire house, and the proposed solutions seemed sensible for both immediate and long-term mould elimination. However, the quoted price for a service with a 10-year warranty was higher than I had anticipated. Due to the urgency of the situation, I requested immediate mould treatment for one room, which was offered, although I later learned that a full house treatment is typically recommended. Ray, who applied the treatment, was calm and my dogs took to him quickly, which is always a good sign. He was careful with my furniture, and the room was sealed afterward to minimize health risks. Sam, the surveyor, genuinely cared for my situation and made the experience enjoyable, which is no small feat when dealing with mould! After treatment, the air quality improved noticeably, and while some mould remained, it lightened significantly in just a few days. Sam even followed up to clean the dead mould and restore my walls to white. Extremely satisfied with the outcome!
