According to the return policy, if a customer is unhappy with the product quality, the item should be returnable. I purchased this cleaning brush based on that assurance. However, the company is now denying my return request, which feels entirely unfair and contradicts its own stated policy. The product quality is very poor and does not justify the price charged. The materials and finish are substandard. Compared to similar items from other sellers, this one is overpriced and lacking in quality. I'm very dissatisfied and would like to return it. Please arrange for the return and refund as soon as possible. Denying a valid return request is unacceptable and misleading.
