The product itself was 60 - 70% upto the mark. I placed two orders worth Rs 7,999/- each.
However the free gift which was promised wasn't delivered.

Disappointed that they failed to deliver the same after having delivered the main order.
According to the return policy, if a customer is dissatisfied with the product quality, the item should be eligible for return. I purchased a cleaning brush based on that assurance. However, the company is refusing the return, which feels entirely unjust and contradicts its own stated policy. The product quality is very poor and does not align with the price charged. The materials and finish are subpar. Similar items from other sellers are available at much lower prices with significantly better quality. I am completely dissatisfied and wish to initiate a return. Please arrange for the return and refund promptly. Rejecting a legitimate return request is unacceptable and misleading.

I placed an order for a rotating stool and received a WhatsApp message about delivery. Upon receiving the package, I noticed only Amazon tape and paid for it. When I opened it, it was just a cushion filled with beads. I contacted the company about this misleading delivery, and they stated they would investigate. After two weeks, they claimed I may have ordered from another site since they don't have the item listed. This company seems deceptive, using images from the internet and misleading customers. I strongly advise against ordering from this site.
What a frustrating service! Automatic cancellations without any attempt to fulfill requests. The team cancels pickups faster than they respond to customers. It's a completely ineffective and careless system. Every time I schedule a pickup, it gets canceled. If they can't manage basic delivery, perhaps they shouldn't label themselves as a service company.
Do not purchase anything from this company. They are deceptive. The products appear good on their website, but the actual items are vastly different. They claim to have a return policy, but it's just a trick to mislead customers. They won't answer calls and will never accept returns. If there were a rating below zero, I would give it a (-9).
I ordered a cushioned chair for my child after seeing a large advertisement online. However, I received a used, dirty, and soiled product. The cushion was torn, and the metal paint was peeling off. It looked like it had been discarded! Customer support does not respond and only makes empty promises to resolve the issue. This is a major fraud!
