According to the return policy, if a customer is dissatisfied with the product quality, the item should be eligible for return. I purchased a cleaning brush based on that assurance. However, the company is refusing the return, which feels entirely unjust and contradicts its own stated policy. The product quality is very poor and does not align with the price charged. The materials and finish are subpar. Similar items from other sellers are available at much lower prices with significantly better quality. I am completely dissatisfied and wish to initiate a return. Please arrange for the return and refund promptly. Rejecting a legitimate return request is unacceptable and misleading.
