I seldom write reviews, but my experience with the service was frustrating enough to share a warning. I ordered two items:
1. Serving trays that were promoted as sturdy enough for flipping. In reality, the base was a weak, loose piece of plastic that kept detaching—you can’t even put a glass on it. It’s entirely unusable, and I had to throw it away.
2. Two three-tier stands that arrived warped and bent, likely due to poor materials and careless packaging. When I contacted them for an exchange, they insisted on a video even though the photos were clear. After 'investigating,' they labeled the obvious damage as a 'minor defect' and denied an exchange or refund. Instead, they offered a discount on a future purchase—who would reorder after receiving defective items? With subpar quality and unhelpful customer service, it’s shocking how such brands continue to operate. My advice: don’t waste your money on this service. Their products may look appealing in advertisements but arrive as cheap, poorly made imitations.
