It’s entirely unusable and I had to throw it away. 2. Two three-tier stands that arrived warped and bent, likely due to poor-quality materials and careless packaging. When I contacted them for an exchange, they insisted on a video despite the pictures being clear. After “investigating,” they labeled the evident damage as a “minor defect” and refused to exchange or refund. Instead, they offered me a discount on a future purchase—why would anyone consider reordering after receiving defective products? With subpar quality and evasive customer service, it’s astonishing how such brands continue to function. My advice: don’t waste your money on this service. Their products may look appealing in advertisements but arrive as cheap, poorly made imitations.
