Scam company, do not trust. They don't honor their guarantee that promises 2nd year free if the user doesn't get hosted within the first year. We hosted one user from France and basically wasted over $230 on this annual homeexchange membership. When we contacted HE, they refused honoring their 2nd year free guarantee claiming we did not request the it 7 days before 1st year membership being over.
