I bought the Folding Treadmill Q2 Pro, Speed 1-10KM/H black / With Mat. There was a delay with the delivery of the treadmill (the mat arrived 3 days before it). I contacted the HomeFitnessCode customer service team, by email, and within a few hours I got a reply and they contacted the courier. They kept me informed. I have now received the treadmill, set it up and used it. It is perfect for my purposes (supplementing my brisk dog walking in the winter)and not too big. I am 5ft 4 inches (162.5 cm) and it is good for my stride. My 6ft 4 inches husband (193cm) can use it, but for his stride length it is less comfortable. It was a very good price.
