I bought a walking pad which worked fine for a while. But after less than a year of use it has broken and they are refusing to replace it. They offered me a discount if I bought another one. As if you would repurchase something that will likely break again in less than a year.

Extremely disappointing experience with the service. I placed an order for a treadmill at the end of November, expecting delivery within 3-5 days. After two weeks with no updates, I reached out to customer support, but they were unhelpful and couldn’t give me any information on my order. A week later, I decided to cancel the order. Then, I received an email stating they had located my order and would deliver it the next day. After finally getting them to confirm the cancellation, it took over a week to receive my refund. Very frustrating experience.

Very Disappointed — Faulty Equipment Delivered, No Proper Resolution

I ordered a treadmill in November. Upon delivery, internal metal components fell out during unboxing, raising concerns about the product's safety and completeness. Despite multiple requests for clarification on these parts, the company has avoided providing clear answers. Instead, they assured me that the missing piece wouldn't affect operation and offered a small partial refund as compensation. I find this unacceptable. A product delivered with detached internal parts cannot be considered compliant. Their minimal discount attempts rather than proper remedies have left me lacking confidence in their support and future warranty. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I cannot recommend them based on this situation.

Avoid this company

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. They use a specific courier service. I placed my order at the end of November and still have not received my treadmill. The company refuses to issue a refund since the courier's tracking information keeps changing, but delivery is still delayed. The courier has stated they cannot locate it. The customer service is rude and unhelpful. After multiple emails, the last response suggested I refuse the item upon arrival if I wanted a refund!

I want to echo a previous reviewer's comment. My treadmill arrived in Athlone on December 5th but is now back in Germany. This is confusing, and I'm doubtful it will arrive before Christmas. Update: The parcel arrived before December 25th, taking just under 4 weeks. It's frustrating that the courier's tracking provided little information, showing it in transit for 17 days. I understand it’s a busy period, so if you’re not in a hurry, you might be fine.

No delivery after 3 weeks

I ordered a treadmill as a Christmas gift on November 29th, but it still hasn't arrived, and it seems unlikely to get here before Christmas. I had to use a specific app to track it. Initially, the tracking indicated it had arrived in Athlone, but then nothing moved for over a week. After contacting them, the tracking now shows a town in Germany. I'm starting to lose patience.

Appalling customer service!

The customer service is appalling! My treadmill is not functioning, and instead of sending a technician to fix it, they've said they would collect it only if it's in the original packaging, which was left outside in the rain by the delivery driver, ruining the box! No wonder it’s not working! I had to dispose of the packaging, so now they won't collect it and are only offering me an 80% refund. I'm absolutely disgusted with this service and will never purchase from them again!
