Extremely disappointing experience with the service. I placed an order for a treadmill at the end of November, expecting delivery within 3-5 days. After two weeks with no updates, I reached out to customer support, but they were unhelpful and couldn’t give me any information on my order. A week later, I decided to cancel the order. Then, I received an email stating they had located my order and would deliver it the next day. After finally getting them to confirm the cancellation, it took over a week to receive my refund. Very frustrating experience.
