However, the oil never arrived, and the tracking status remains as 'scheduling in progress.' Reaching the support team is nearly impossible; when calling, I was directed to their website for assistance, leaving no option for live communication. The payment has been made, the order accepted, and that concludes my experience with the service. I cannot recommend this service.
