Terrible service, ordered Heating oil 17th Feb 2026, text delivery to be on 2nd March, no delivery, no email replies, chased through Certas (who own the portal) on hold for 14 long minutes , poor/boring excuses from Sarah in Customer Services promised to call me back or email me, no contact for 2days I chased now deliver in two weeks time, I cancelled order, total jokers that don't care.
