Unreasonable return policy...

I attempted to return a brand new rug with the original receipt, but the return was refused because the hand tag wasn't included. Despite having everything else, it seems unreasonable to require a piece of cardboard that most people discard right after purchase. This policy feels more like an attempt to complicate returns rather than protect against fraud. Rugs are significant purchases that require consideration, and the company’s stance on returns is frustrating. I won’t shop here again.
