My visit to this location was shockingly disappointing. The assistant manager exhibited rude and dismissive behavior. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount at this store, I was surprised by the lack of courtesy. The assistant manager was unhelpful and seemed to look for reasons to deny my return. This experience was unlike any I’ve had before. I later contacted another location where the manager resolved my issue immediately. The contrast in customer service was stark. I feel I deserve an apology, but I won’t return to this store.
I attempted to return a brand new rug with the original receipt, but the return was refused because the hand tag wasn't included. Despite having everything else, it seems unreasonable to require a piece of cardboard that most people discard right after purchase. This policy feels more like an attempt to complicate returns rather than protect against fraud. Rugs are significant purchases that require consideration, and the company’s stance on returns is frustrating. I won’t shop here again.

Given the prices, I shouldn't be facing these issues.
