I'm currently taking legal action after being misled for over a year. I've had 15 service calls for one job and am escalating this to the ombudsman. When you respond, please clarify the reasons for not completing my appointment after so many attempts. This experience has been unbearable. The housing manager seems too embarrassed to give any updates, and the CEO is completely unresponsive. I will be filing complaints with the relevant authorities. This organization is unacceptable, and the staff show no empathy!
